Welcome Summer solstice the longest day of the year (21st June) with a wonderful yoga weekend in Wicklow with an experienced yoga teacher, Geraldine O’Neill. This is the perfect opportunity to take a weekend out in Summer, immerse yourself in yoga, walks in the countryside, eat good food and make new friends, and return home feeling rested and recharged. Wrapped in the peace and tranquillity of the surrounding countryside, this yoga weekend provides the perfect opportunity to move, rest and recharge.

The Yoga

Over the course of the weekend, there will be four yoga sessions.
The morning yoga practices will be creative, playful and flow-led with meditation and breathwork. The afternoon sessions will be mellow, soothing and nurturing, delving into yin yoga, restorative and yoga nidra said to be as deeply restful, as night’s sleep. The evening sessions will be deeply nourishing and blissful.


You will be treated to a healthy feast of lovingly prepared delicious, home-cooked vegetarian food, which will nourish your body and your soul. The food is largely vegan and gluten-free, but there will be egg and dairy options available.

Things to do

In your free time between yoga sessions and mealtimes, you have the opportunity to enjoy the grounds and surrounding countryside as there are lots of walking opportunities. Massages are available but must be booked prior, and there is a lovely, comfy lounge where you can curl up with a book and a cup of tea.

8.30 – 9.00am: Optional Walk or Lie-in
9am: Flow Yoga Class
11am: Brunch
1pm: Soup

Afternoon – Weather permitting, guided climb by Wicklow Mountain Rescue team, of ‘The Sugar Loaf’. Please note this is an optional activity, and you may choose to chill, read, sleep, chat or get a massage. Packed healthy snack box for those climbing. (Massages must be booked in advance and are not included in weekend price)

6pm: Restorative Yoga and Nidra
7.45pm: Dinner
10pm: Hot tub should still be hot for a starlight soak.


8-9am: Optional Walk
9-10.45am: Flow Yoga Class and Closing Meditation
11.00-1pm: Brunch
1.15pm: Checkout and Farewell
