My measure of a great holiday is this; Coming home, feeling revived with a renewed pep in my step. Sounds simple, but sadly, it doesn’t always work out the way we planned..what with delayed flights, lost baggage and the apartment that didn’t quite measure up to the picture on the website. These things can naturally set us of course, but then, how about adding a week or two,  where we moved very little, ate and drank too much, and returned a half stone heavier, saying ‘never again’.  In contrast, a Yoga and Fitness holiday will generally leave you feeling on top of the world and you comeback with renewed focus and energy.
